Has anything changed for you? Mine is doing the same?
Has anything changed my says the same thing information doesn’t match
Any new news? It’s been 5 weeks and tool says incorrect information
Here's an article with an explanation for issues like these.
Why is there no record of my return at Where's My Refund (WMR)?
Nope. l’m so so so frustrated
Yeah, it still says no information.
The same thing has happened to me and I’m so confused! Filed, accepted, got a date for deposit and then today… my information isn’t correct. WHAT??? 😭😭😭
I have a friend that is also dealing with this. He found out they hadn’t even sent anything to the IRS. I’m going to refile with someone else, because with TurboTax I don’t think I’m ever going to get MY money.
Are you entering in your full refund information not subtracting the fees? This could cause a mismatch of information as well. For more details on this, please see the Help Article here.
Update: my refund appeared in my account yesterday. So weird. It wasn’t even the scheduled day that the IRS2Go site indicated prior to telling me my information didn’t match.
I’m not complaining because I got it but it definitely had me worried. Hoping that anyone experiencing this has it work out well. ❤️
Can I ask when did you file
@Denntim1452 I filled on the 29th of March. It got accepted and I received a date of the 11th that it was supposed to hit my bank. This past weekend and Monday, I kept getting the message that my information didn’t match and then it hit my bank on 5th.
Must be nice. I mailed mine 6 weeks ago and haven’t gotten anything. Nothing about a date to get it etc.
When checking your refund status on the IRS Where's My Refund site make sure you enter your exact federal refund dollar amount. You can get this number from your Form 1040, line 35a.
If you are entering all the correct information when checking your status on the IRS Where's My Refund? site: Federal amount only before any fees were taken out (if applicable) ect. then it is most likely due to the post on the IRS site right now.
Also, once the IRS shows your refund has been sent, it can take up to 5 business days to post to your account.
Usually, paper-filers should wait 4 weeks before using WMR however, it maybe taking a bit longer than normal.

I mailed my return in and this is the 8th week that I haven’t gotten my money. The turbo tax website says “ready to mail” but I already mailed it back in February. I’m LIVID at this point.
