Do you have more than one TT account? Or maybe an unfiled State return?
Yes , I file 3 tax returns with my program. But it says that same message no matter which return I open and two have already been processed by the IRS .
I got an Email from Turbo Tax telling me my Federal and one of two State returns (I paid for both) are in Progress. But when I open my Turbo Tax desktop program it says "You Haven't E-Filed a Tax Return Yet" and "We notice you haven't e-filed any of your returns". Seems the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I don't want to re-transmit because I've already received the Federal acknowledgment that it's been accepted.
I think I may look elsewhere for tax preparation software next year.
Which version of Turbo Tax are you using, online or desktop? @mikecaufield
