Why does it say I have 0 taxes refund?? When I know I should get money back for taxes

Be sure you are logging in to the correct account you started/filed your 2019 tax return in. 

Also be sure you haven't started an amendment, which would alter what you originally saw as your refund total.  See this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding Things that effect the refund meter.
