Why did I get my card but it doesn't have money on it?

What do you mean? Like was it accepted? They both got accepted I recieved a card in the mail but it has no money at all but they accepted my state and federal refund

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS or the State website.
