Why can't I track my refund? I have entered my info on the irs app and it is telling me my information is incorrect.

Try exiting your browser, clearing your cache and cookies and then try to pull up your information on the "Where's My Refund?" tool. If this doesn't work, don't be alarmed. Sometimes when the IRS is processing your return, and you are trying to retrieve information about it, it will come back as no record is found.
