Why can’t I get a debit card through u guys and why can’t I use my own debit card for my refund

The two main reasons why you may not be able to get a Turbo Visa Debit Card are:

1. You're using the TurboTax CD/Download software or the IRS Free File Program delivered by TurboTax.
2. Your application couldn’t be approved or wasn’t completely processed.

You can use your own debit card, if it's tied to a bank account.  Choose direct deposit as your refund method and type in your routing and account number.  See the following for instructions for assistance:  How do I change my refund method? - Community
