How to get there depends on whether you have already started a 2021 return or not.

If you have already prepared (or have a started) a 2021 return in Online TurboTax, log in and at the Tax Home  scroll down to "Your Tax Returns & Documents."

If you have not yet prepared a 2021 return (or don't intend to), then in order to have a tab for"Tax Home" in the left menu column, you'll first have to get past some preliminary screening questions to get the left menu options to change.   And you may even have to select a product (you don't have to actually use it or pay for it).   Once you proceed through the preliminary screens enough that the left menu column changes, you should see  a tab for Tax Home in the left menu column.   Click on the TAX HOME tab, then scroll down the Tax Home page to "Your Tax Returns & Documents"

If you have already prepared (or started) a 2021 return, but when you log in now, there's no evidence that you have done so, and if it's acting like it wants you to start one, then you likely have multiple accounts, and we can tell you how to troubleshoot to find the right account.
