I filed before Feb. 12th and my return was accepted on Feb. 12th however it is now March 18th and I still don't have my refund? Does anyone know what's going on? I have tried calling the IRS but can't get trough. I look at the track my refund on the IRS website and it says, "Your tax return is still being processed.
A refund date will be provided when available".

You have lots of company. The IRS is seriously backlogged because of all the extra stimulus filings, as well as several million unprocessed 2019 returns left over from the COVID shutdown. In addition, the Where's My Refund site has been erratic and unreliable. But if TT told you the IRS has Accepted your filing, then the government has it for processing, and TT receives no further updates. Lots of other folks are still waiting, so please continue to be patient.
Furthermore, the IRS has just started sending out Stimulus #3, and it will take a few weeks for everyone to get theirs. It comes separately, not as part of your 2020 tax refund. See:
Same problem, but it seems to be only a TurboTax problem. I have had people submit independently or through private accountants and get their refund in less than 2 weeks while I am going on over a month. Isn't there an option where it can be refiled? Another person did this and got it in 5 days.
Plus my state was accepted and processed with money in my account over 2 weeks ago, yet TurboTax says it is only accepted.
