Where's my refund

I filed my taxes Janurary 27th it said they were accepted ..Finally got my state last week but, when I call about my federal it says.  No information at this time.  Now Turbo fees are coming out of my account.   And, still no refund....I filed exactly the same as I did last year ...no changes just frustrating.

Federal and state tax returns are processed by 2 separate entities so one being processed before the other is a usual occurrence. The FAQ below provides some of the common reasons that some federal tax returns take longer to process:
