I submitted my tax return a couple days ago. I got the "accepted" notice from Turbo Tax so I went to track the refund on the where's my refund tool. It showed the return as accepted but not processing yet. I went to check today (approx 48 hours later) and now it says that I may be entering in incorrect information or I need to wait 24 hours. Has anyone else ever experienced this?
The only thing I can think of is that I was entering the information in the irs2go app this morning and I accidentally entered in bad information like three times. I finally got the refund number right, and I got that message. So, I tried on the website and on the phone service and I got the same thing.
Why would my return information just disappear like that? Anyone else have this problem?

This is very common and there are several reasons why you may not find information about your tax return. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
It is common for it to show accepted on the irs where's my refund tool and then show the you must wait 24 hours message a few days after that?
Yes, it's common for the status to change while it moves through the process. Accepted means your tax return is now in the government's hands and has passed the initial inspection. After acceptance, the next step is for the government to approve your refund. Please see the information in this TurboTax FAQ here for assistance.
