You will typically receive the Turbo Visa Debit Card in the mail in 5-10 business days If it has been longer than 10 business days since you filed your tax return and you selected your direct deposit with the Turbo Visa Debit Card (remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days) you can visit TurboDebitCard.com or call toll-free at (888) 285-4169 to order a replacement card.

I have yet to receive my turbo tax debit card. Does anyone know if they are taking longer to be mailed off due to covid-19. It has been over 10 business days. Can't seem to be able to get anyone on the phone to help.
