Where do I find form 944 on my 2019 taxes?

944 is a separate tax return for employers.  Turbo Tax doesn't prepare 944.  Do you need to file one?

Do you need to enter payroll expenses into a schedule C?  

If Employee Expenses doesn't show up in the list you need to go back to the Business Profile section and click Edit by Has Employees and change it to yes.
