Where can I find my pin from last year?

My taxes are being rejected because apparently my AGI or Pin doesn’t match from last years tax return. What can I do to fix this?

I'm having the same issue.  My AGI is correct and it keeps getting rejected.  If it's rejected again, it looks like I will have to print & mail them in.  Will Turbo Tax refund my $20 for the state e-file that is also being rejected?

We understand you are having an experience with entering your AGI. Please follow the instructions in this link: (AGI help article). If this does not resolve your issue, what is the exact message you are getting?

Where can I find my pin from last year?

My return got rejected twice and I keep getting this message when my AGI is correct. I don't ever remember using a PIN so I put in a PIN two separate times and still got this message.

"IND-031-04 - The primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records."

Where do I find my PIN if I can't use the one I made up?

Will I get a refund for efile-ing my state return if I have to file by mail?

Please help!

Try entering 0 for your AGI.

E-filing your 2020 tax return: To e-file you will need to enter your AGI from your tax year 2019 tax return.  If your 2019 return has not yet been processed, you may enter $ 0 (zero) as your prior year Adjusted Gross Income.
