Sorry but Printed or Ready to Mail means you have to print out your return and mail it to the IRS yourself. So it has not been filed yet. How to change from Mail to Efile https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5561257
Turbo Tax will always say Ready to Mail. They don't know if or when you actually mailed it. And the IRS doesn't tell Turbo Tax when they get a mailed return.
If the "return status" in your online account says "ready to mail", that means TurboTax thought you were going to print and file by mail. Is that what you chose for your filing method? And if so, did you physically mail it? TurboTax does not mail it for you.
If you meant to efile, and it turns out that you have not filed, then we can tell you how to open the return back up to change the filing method and efile.
If you don't switch to efile and decide to print and mail your returns, be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. And don't forget state. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
