Yes me too. I filed in February and now it says processing for about a month and TurboTax is saying I didn’t get the refund or it’s reduced not true says processing on the irs website and now TurboTax wants their money. I put on there that can get it when I get the refund. They want it by may 13. Uh no. How can they do that?
Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive? Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account. TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.

Join the club. Filed Jan 20 accepted Jan 21. Still waiting.
I filed March 8 and still nothing. I was sent a letter telling me I had to register for id verify so I did and still nothing.
I have ID verify. I took it up a notch and had social security send them verification. That was Feb 10. Finally got a hold of someone Feb 24, and they said the person working on it was the only one who could release it. It's April 25. No refund.
