What is wrong with ur turbo tax card app

No , card won’t work cuz checks are not deposited. People all around getting direct deposits. Worst decision I ever made was getting this **bleep** card. How much of my stimulus check will be wasted on fees trying to get my money off this card.

The government has informed us that they are depositing your stimulus payment onto your Turbo® Visa® Debit Card issued by Green Dot Bank, Member FDIC, since that is how you chose to receive your refund on your last filed tax return (2019 or 2018).
 
If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit.
 
If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don't worry. You can request a replacement card. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.

This app is not working. I expected to get stimulus money by today and am not even able to the  app to open. This is unacceptable. I've been trying for 3 days and the app simply will not open

I finally spoke with a Rep. from TurboTax card. There was no pending stimulus deposit to my account. I checked the status of my stimulus on irs.gov and I am eligible for the refund however the IRS DOES NOT DEPOSIT THIS REFUND ON PREPAID CARDS!!! I had to add my bank account to get my refund.

You need to go to IRS.GOV and click Get My Payment, then click Get My Payment on next page. You jus need to enter lil info bout yourself and it’ll let you know if they have your direct deposit info or not. More than likely it won’t. I know several ppl who have had to go in and enter their bank account and routing # associated with their Turbo Card. You can also fill out info if you didn’t file taxes so u can get a stimulus check. Like if you’re a veteran, disabled, etc.

Keep in mind the IRS will have the final accessible updates available on the 17th. So everyone will be able to track their stimulus paychecks first hand, and input their updated deposit information. This is all information you can read about on the IRS website.

Check your emails associated with your debit cards! Just got mine saying they're having technical problems with the app, phone, and website due to high customer volumes but that everyone who is eligible will recieve the stimulus check direct deposit today. Also, try using your laptop to log in on the website to view your current balance and account. The app hasn't worked for me all day, and I was able to use the website this morning but after losing acess to the website this afternoon (all of these methods done via smartphone) I decited to try to log in on my laptop and it worked just fine, not even a long loading time. I can't believe I didn't think of this sooner.
