What is wrong with ur turbo tax card app

App is saying there was an error and now the website won't let me sign in. I've went through forgot user id and reset my password and it still is saying it doesn't match an account on file. Tried calling the number on the back of my card and was told to call back later or tomorrow.

I keep getting an error when trying to check my balance on turbo visa card and when I call the number on card I cant get thru.

I have used my card and it works fine. I think the traffic of everyone getting their stimulus much at the same time, is crashing the site. It does not mean your money is unavailable. Just gonna take some time to physically see them.

Go to IRS site. People are posting that they heard we will get deposits on yo the TurboCard. However I just used the IRS tool and they said NO they do not have enough info to send payment out. They needed my info after I switched to the turbo card this year.  Now I have to wait til “my payment date is available” .

The app , website or phone number all are not working since 7 this morning I Successfully logged in once I went to the irs link to track refund and it did not have my Turbo tax card Direct deposit information listed even though it’s clearly listed on my tax return I had to enter my bank account info all over again and will not be able to track and until it’s update it I won’t be using this service next year

My turbo card app is not working I done activated my card but I cant pull up my information  its saying error try again

I filed for my taxes more than 3 weeks ago. I have my card and set it up with the Turbo tax card app to give me my tax refund. No money no nothing. Now the app won't load or I can't  log in because of errors.  Wish I had just asked for a check. Ps just signing into this was a nightmare....
