the turbo app is not letting me in. i have the correct password and username its the exact password and username i use to log into to make this comment. it was working fine this morning and now my app is saying its having trouble connecting me and the website keeps saying i have the wrong password, its the corrects one.

I'm trying to see if my card is active still because I'm not receiving no notifications or anything I'm not getting fees taken out or anything but my money doesn't go to that card only got the card because of the refund and I'm trying to see if my stimulus check is going to go to that card or not cuz I haven't heard anything.

The same thing happened to me. I went to the irs.gov website and the account number ended in my social security number, I almost fainted. I knew that wasn't my account number...anyway, it said the money deposited today. So I just waited out Turbo cards website, finally got in and my money was there. The only thing I can think of is that there were so many checks that went in today, it just messed the system up. I am upset though that the app doesn't work at all...it just keeps saying there was a problem....and the phone doesn't even ring...I'm just going to give them the benefit of the doubt because nothing like this has ever happened before and I'm sure it's been hard to deal with.

When I go to check my balance it won’t let me get on to see it say try again . This is going on for a week now . Want to see if I have any money on my card. Like the Stamina checks. But can’t

I called turbo tax that took a hour they gave me info to a bank called Santa Barbara bank which is the bank who the irs sent are taxes to they told me they are not excepting Stimulus deposits and will send it back to the irs

It would be nice if an agent would fyi us on what is going on and when we could expect it to return to normal

Hey. My stimulus package is on the prepaid card. App and customer service number does not work. If you have an active card just go and try to pay a bill. I paid my cellphone bill and it processed with no problems. Also went to ATM machine looked at balance. The money is there. Fyi... I get a refund advance last year. Just try and use the card.
