I got my stimulus deposited into my Intuit TurboTax card today. So apparently even prepaid cards are being used to deposit the stimulus onto.

The app is NOT working, and that link you’ve shared is just as unreliable. We would like to know why the app isn’t working around the same time the stimulus checks are coming in and furthermore, what will you do about it so that we struggling citizens get the money we need and deserve? Stop playing with us.

I have the card but in the irs it says to enter the bank account ! I’m seen some are receiving it on the care but I can’t even get the routing number since the app won’t open !!!!

Same here!! Can't get on or log in. Also, the website said to text DD to the number for my routing and account number, yet I get no reply. Awful frustrating! It said online that the IRS has our routing and account number for stimulus payment, yet when I track my payment they said they haven't received sufficient information from Inuit for payment to be made? Is this because all payments are going to Inuit like the taxes before they take THEIR fees and deposit your money? Very agitated

Mine hasn't been working since 4/13 as well. Irs.gov shows that my stimulus was deposited today, but to an account that ends with the last 4 digits of my SSN. No money on my Turbo Card and none in my actual bank account. So where the hell did my money get deposited to?!

Mine says the same with the account numbers not matching up and I can’t access my Card info on the website or app due to some issues? Has anyone heard what’s going on?

Not true at all....I received my tax refund on a turbo card but when I went to "track my stimulus payment" it said they had insufficient information on where to send my payment! This is a problem for thousands of Inuit turbo tax customers!

I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong with the turbo accounts I app isn’t working nor is the regular site no matter if I try it on my phone or other devices and when I tried calling the customer service number it’s ringing and saying your call can’t be completed no matter what phone I call from

The app is super slow getting to the login page and when I try to login I get an error message before I even got to type anything. Website won’t even load at all.

So you have a Intuit Turbo card with the Visa logo on it that you received last years tax return on, and today you received your stimulus money on the same card? Can you please verify this for me? This will make me feel better.

This must be an automatic reply because clearly the link you provided when you click on it it does the same thing this is really bad customer service and right now I don’t have access to my money because I can’t get into my account
