What is wrong with ur turbo tax card app

Same issues here. It’s very frustrating when they are holding money that I have no access to as I never received the card. Can’t call or log on to report card. I’ll never use the card again.

My turbo card app isn’t working. Says “There was a problem connecting to turbo card” I try to go to the website and the page won’t load. I try to call the number on the back of the card and it won’t even ring. So I can t login to check my balance.

What I want to know is , I know of 7 different people who used turbo tax and have a turbo tax card who have gotten their stimulus payment but mine still hasn't been deposited onto my card.

I havent been able to log into the app or on the website ever since i heard the stimulus checks are being sent out. DONT go to an atm and check balance they take 50cents out of your account for just checking your balance.

Today (April 15, 2020) I've not been able to log in to the card account. Login page is constantly crashing (if it opens). Are you having trouble (server hits capacity) to manage users? The app doesn't work either (android). Phone sends me to website. What’s going on?

I spoke with a representative after 30 mins or longer talking to a robot but then it transferred me she said that their database is down it was so many calls at once with everybody checking their cards. We know because it’s been transferred just stop calling and checking and give them time to fix the error

I went on its website to track my payment and it said it was posted today and to contact my bank if not. Well I used the turbo card and can't ask them now why it's not there. Anyone else?

My app is not working! It won’t  work online either and the number on my card will not work what is going on????!

I checked the irs get my payment and it says it has sent and should be available today and the bank account number it says it was sent to is xxxxxxxxx and then the last 4 of my ssn. Not the account number to my turbo card. Why is this?! Tt app and website won’t work neither will phone number

I’ve had the same exact issue. The check my  portal has a different account number and I can’t login on the app. The online won’t work and can’t even get through on the phone! I’m over turbo especially since the whole temp card issue!

Here, Today (4/15/2020) I've been having issues accessing the App, Number, and Website ALL Morning. Still not loading getting an ERROR that says "Trouble Connecting to Turbo Card"

The website kinda loads now, and I was able to confirm that my Stimulus did Get deposited. To track your stimulus got to IRS Website and click on get my payment and enter info to get updates on when and where. So the money will be deposited to your turbo card if that's where your tax refund was sent. Still issues Logging in though.
