I can't get access to the card or the website. That I believe was the original problem. Please update us on the status of your infrastructure.
The main issue is everyone is trying to log on and check their cards at the same time. TurboTax (intuit) doesn’t have the server capacity to support millions of Americans all at once trying to check their cards. . I checked isitdown.com and they said right now as i type this that over 11 Million people are trying to check their cards. I don’t know what we’re supposed to do .......There is no way to coordinate us logging on in smaller waves or something so that we can all get the information we need. Our best bet is just trying later or tomorrow as we go on, hoping it’ll eventually work somehow
So how did you know that you had your stimulus on the card? Did you go 5o the atm and were u able to pull money off?
Do you know when it will work ? Omg I just wanted to check how much I have to transfer some money omg that sucks can I use my card still ?
True that’s what I figured so I said I’ll try back in a day or so no point continuously frustrating myself. That’s probably our best bet.
My app is not working , nor is the link you shared with us. Who can remedy this situation? I need to have my information available, we keep getting same robot answers back. Thank you

Maybe it’s not working because they’re syncing all the info with the IRS to get our direct deposit?
The Turbo card app or going to website is not working. You can not call the 1-888 number because it says it’s not a working number. So now what do we do? I have Bills to pay and I deposited Money on it. This needs to be addressed ASAP

I have the same problem I checked the new it’s website and entered all of my info and it says it was set to deposit into an account where the last 4 numbers are the same as the last 4 of my social security number . I don’t understand . Is it the same for you ?
Yup phone number not working either, to many people trying at once, over night, like late at night or in a day or so would be best to try cus we ain’t getting thru now that’s for sure. Sad but true. I don’t see any “turbo experts” on here letting us know that’s probably the only remedy for now because their servers are overloaded. Horrible Customer Service!
So, I'm not the only one having this issue...the app, website, and phone number are not working. CAN AN EMPLOYEE ADDRESS THIS SITUTATION?!?!?!?!?!? A lot of us are frustrated with this situation!
