What is bank print check

I got off the phone with someone from TPG and she told me that checks were mailed the 4th and it might take up to 13 days to receive it. She said most likely this week so anyone who has the same time frame if she is correct just keep looking out it should come. she said that “ some other guy had the same situation and he received his “ so hopefully I’ll receive mine tomorrow that marks the 13th day!

I’ve tried calling to the phone just hangs up. This is a nightmare. Mail doesn’t take this long!!

They are LIARS!!! I was told my check was mailed 3/2... my checl has a postal stamp of 3/15.... I got it on Saturday!! I'm switching to different tax service next year. I wish I could do a testimonial!!

A rep gave me an email to speak to a "supervisor". He claims that they can give you real information about where your check is. He also told me that representatives in the phone center have no way of seeing anything to do with your refund at all, in other words theyve basically been lying to us for a month straight.

No they haven't responded, and didn't give me any kind of timeframe (if you can believe that lol). But I only emailed them at about 6:30 PM EST

InIn the mail for tomorrow 3/22/22. DD date of 3/2/22. I called TPG many times and was told it mailed on 3/4/22. The date on the envelope says 3/18/21, so they aren’t being truthful with people about the mailing date.

I have been waiting since March 3 for my bank print check from Santa Barbers Group, it is not 3/22 with nothing in my mailbox yet so I tried calling the stupid number given but was on hold for 3 hrs and then hung up on when it finally connected. Anyone receive their bank print check yet?

@Csaxton  mine is coming today with a mail date of 3/18… they are not giving correct mailing  dates. When calling the number put in for a call back.
