I told them when my DD date was and that Santa Barbra bank is giving me a run around. TurboTax won’t help me! I first had to wait then call back. I called back they send a trace to the bank ask where’s my money.

turbo tax should be responsible and not act like they dont care. Unless my check was sent to the international space station and back there is no reason it was sent out over 20 days ago and still not here.
