Did you word your question correctly?    Are you indeed wanting a "transcript", or do you want a copy of the actual return you prepared in online TurboTax?   

If you do indeed want the shorter transcript from the IRS, see the info Critter left you above.

If you want a copy of the actual 2018 return prepared in Online TurboTax we can tell you how you will be able to download one from TurboTax after tomorrow Wednesday, December 4, when Online TurboTax opens.   If you have a 2018 online return that was prepared in Free Edition, and access is now locked, there will be a 19.99 upgrade fee for PLUS to unlock all prior returns.
