Unsure if I filed for cost, free, or at all

I filed by computer and tried to check status by phone.  It's saying two diff things. According to computer, I filed for free but by phone it says I have been charged and after you take amount you'll process taxes.  Did I e- file my taxes?  Was it free or charged?
