Under "Trip Information" for my physical presence test, the form requires me to input at least 1 day for no. of days in U.S. on business.

I did not work in the United States at all during 2024, and my travel there was not business related.

It depends. Sometimes there are software glitches that have no rhyme or reason. Put "1" in the box where it asks so you can move on and complete your return.
