Turbo Tax TPG Bank shows my refund was funded on the 8th, but I haven’t received it in my account. Why hasn’t it been sent to my bank?

Yes it's very upsetting that they don't have good customer service I really got lucky with that representative. I just want the situation resolved asap but I'm coming up on a month with no refund and they have it.

I wish turbo tax had some type of liaison who could help with theses matters since it's a third party bank they use.

I used both, phone number shown and site.  But with no success, the site would not except my SS#.  Spent over one hour on the phone with Turbo Tax support rep. For help.  Absolutely no help from Turbo Tax with third party bank TPG .  I feel as though I’m being robbed by TPG and Turbo Tax.  I will not use Turbo Tax next year if they keep using TPG as third party bank.

When I spoke to a rep she told me I had two accounts for some reason and that's when she transferred me to their consumers dept who then told me they didn't receive my money but I knew it wasn't true because previous reps confirmed they had it. They should at least send customers experience this issue an email instead of having there reps give u different answers everytime

They need to get sued. It's not IRS FAULT.  THEY SENT THE MONEY ALREADY! tpg holding people money , giving people different answers ... like **bleep** people need their money ! What's hold for smh
