I used both, phone number shown and site. But with no success, the site would not except my SS#. Spent over one hour on the phone with Turbo Tax support rep. For help. Absolutely no help from Turbo Tax with third party bank TPG . I feel as though I’m being robbed by TPG and Turbo Tax. I will not use Turbo Tax next year if they keep using TPG as third party bank.
