Turbo Tax TPG Bank shows my refund was funded on the 8th, but I haven’t received it in my account. Why hasn’t it been sent to my bank?

Turbo tax sent out an email that mine is on its way to my bank and should be posted within 1-2 days Keep ya updated. Still never using this service again

My refund was significantly less and came from TPG.. when will my remaining balance be sent to my account? Also why is there site saying they received $1,000 less then what my refund is?!?! This is ridiculous!

I was referring to the person about the 123$ but you missing 1000 could be that you owed money somewhere I’d contact tpg and see what happened

I received an email at 4:30 am. Still have nothing in my account. Called the tpg number and it said the irs sent my money to them on the 19th. My deposit date is for today. Apparently tpg sent my money on the 23rd, but I still have nothing! Never using this service again.

I got the email around 4 am this morning from turbo tax

@Sammg2121 i called the IRS and I don’t owe any offsets.. this is turbo tax being shady. TPG is saying they got 1100 less then what my tax return says and they took extra fees out on top of it.
