Turbo dropped the ball

Turbo dropped the ball this year the amount of complaints I've seen. I'd be surprised if they are around in a few years. But anyways my dd should of been yesterday. Tpg got my money and took out the fees and then said couldn't get my money to load to the turbo card. It makes no sense I just got this card this year and the irs had no problem putting my 3rd stimulus on there and of course turbo nor tpg can give me answers. Tpg mailed me a check and who knows when I'll get this money that my family desperately needs. I'll never use them again. I paid 70 in fees and you best believe they got there money. When I call of course they both blame the other party.

TurboTax is not a bank and has no control over refunds.   Santa Barbra Tax Products Group is used by almost all tax software providers but is totally separate from TurboTax.

Lol your right but the card they said they couldn't upload the money to was a turbo card and the irs didn't have a issue loading the stimulus to it. And I don't believe I gave any advice but thanks for that info lol
