Turbo Tax TPG Bank shows my refund was funded on the 8th, but I haven’t received it in my account. Why hasn’t it been sent to my bank?

I also signed up for Credit Karma tpg's automated menu is telling me it was deposited in my account on February 19th but it is still not showing in my u.s. bank account no one is calling me back from tpg and I have waited two weeks for a response to my email my account is overdrawn I need my money where on Earth did it go it is not in my u.s. bank account it seems many people are having a similar problem where did tpg even come into this.... someone please help me

well i have an sbtpg agent on the phone now.  AFTER a 2 HOUR wait in their que..... and still no answers.... The irs sent our refund to the bank on February 9th, its now march 4th. Almost a month later and they still claim the irs hasnt sent it, when the irs says it did.... I believe their system must have been hacked or they must be using our money for something. I will post if they actually do something to fix this .... if not Im filing fraud charges or whatever it takes, plus platering this all over facebook and whatever other social media I can. It isnt right that there are so many of us going through this hell.

They are only trying to help and what she said was correct! And with all the lies and everything else going on we don’t know anything about what they are doing with our money . From the irs to Santa Barbara bank because something is definitely going on.

Yep tpg is telling me my refund was issued be a direct deposit February 19th but my u.s. bank account still has nothing repeated calls and emails have been fruitful last year's TurboTax also screwed up and deposited a bunch of things into some kind of temporary accounts or something weird... they were in there for a while and I finally got a check.

This year I signed up for the credit karma thing hoping it would be smoother I'm moving and I needed the money for security deposit being a single mom trying to rebound after divorce and pandemic and really really needed this money now I have been overdrawn in my account I am accruing overdraft fees every single day.  I can't help but feel like they're putting them in some account and skimming interest off the top.

My refund was sent to tpg 2 weeks ago and eveytime I call it says they sent a check on the day I call. It's bull and they have not sent anything. Where is my money? I'm never using this service again

I Just got my check Guys FINALLY!

Im going to tell you now Turbo tax and TPG will not give you any answers. 
My check was sent to TPG 2/8/22

TPG sent to bank 2/9/22 and Bank rejected 

I didn’t even know about TPG until I did research because I thought the IRS was going to send me my check. 
but 3/2/22 I called TPG and the automated service told me it was issued Via bank check or w.e. 
So I stayed on Hold with TPG for over 2 hours just for the guy to tell me they send checks out Tuesday & Wednesday but that’s bull because they have told others different. But then he proceeded to tell me that it was being mailed 3/2/22 and it will take 10 days to receive it in the mail. Let me warn  you people the automated system will give you the same date as the day you are calling. But I got my check today 3/4/22 and the check is dated 2/23/22 and the date on the us postage is 2/26/22. So don’t even waste your time calling Turbo tax, TPG or the IRS it will basically get there when they feel like sending it out.

So I have been working on this since Saturday last week. I have spent 20+ hours on the phone trying to get some helpful info.

I just had the Floor Supervisor call me and told me a few things.

1. No matter when you call the automated info will tell you your payment has been processed on the date you call. That is a bug and they know about it. She said they are trying to fix it ASAP.

2. Any payment received before Feb 25th was on hold due to check printing issues. She said that as of now they HAVE sent out the checks and we should start seeing them at the end of next week.

I feel there is CRIMINAL activities going on.  The IRS says refund sent March 2nd.  This TPG Bank says the money will be in my account on the 4th.  Lies.  I Will Never use Turbotax again and I like many others have been told the refund amount is a lot less than it's supposed to be.  I'm talking to my attorney cause these lies Turbotax and it's affiliates are telling us doesn't make any sense.   Stop telling lies on the irs.  It's not the IRS it's turbo tax.  Game on I'm filing a lawsuit over my coins!!

@Arie0428 well that gives me some hope! Ridiculous it is taking so long! You would think they would Atleast send priority mail🙄 I was told 2 days in a row that my check was sent 3/2..so hopefully it shows up soon. I opened a case with the bbb so I imagine that had something to do with them trying to hurry.

I just got off the phone with someone after being on hold for 2 hours and the lady said they mailed out checks starting the 25th and that I should receive it no later than Friday. She also said it usually takes ten business days

It's because TPG is a huge scam. Once my refund left the IRS, it went to TPG and then they took out their "fees" even though I filed my own return. Not to mention, the account and routing number I used when filing my return, was changed into another account and routing number. Isn't changing information on a tax return without the taxpayers authorization, a federal offense?
