After you file

So I have been working on this since Saturday last week. I have spent 20+ hours on the phone trying to get some helpful info.

I just had the Floor Supervisor call me and told me a few things.

1. No matter when you call the automated info will tell you your payment has been processed on the date you call. That is a bug and they know about it. She said they are trying to fix it ASAP.

2. Any payment received before Feb 25th was on hold due to check printing issues. She said that as of now they HAVE sent out the checks and we should start seeing them at the end of next week.
