I dont know but I wont be doing this next year 🤦♀️
Yep, same here. Just checked yesterday and it still said it was being processed and now these errors. I filed 19 days ago.
This is normal. TurboTax updates what stage your return is in and the IRS site updates when you can expect your refund:
Once your tax return has been submitted, the most up to date information will come from the IRS.
It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find a record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund? tool for updates.
Please see below for more information on what accepted means:

See the video in this link for a really good explanation of the process:

I’m getting the same this as well! We’re you able to still get your refund!
@Mkpameze Be sure when checking Where’s My Federal Refund? site that you are entering only your Federal refund amount. This can be found on your Federal form 1040, line 21a. If you paid any fees out of your federal refund, use the refund figure prior to the deduction of he fees. Also if you filed joint, be sure to enter the filers name that appears first on the return. Updates are made by the IRS daily, usually overnight.
Please see the TurboTax FAQ below for more information:
Why is there no record of my return at Where's My Refund (WMR)?

Yes, if you filed joint, be sure to enter the filers name that appears first on the return, to check your refund status.

Same here!!!
The irs.gov now gave me my date but now I got an email saying I'm getting a green dot card because I wasn't approved for advance refund but I dont want that I want it through direct deposit!!!??? Did anyone else receive a email like this???
Mine was showing and now it's not. Contacted irs and they said my yearly gross amount I put in from my w2s donesnt match what my employers turned in..whixh makes no sense because they made me get every w2 I had with them on the phone with me and calculate the exact amount on every w2 and it matches exactly what was entered on my side when using turbo tax..they said it's 3000 off from what was turned in to them but I don't see how that's possible if I have my w2s and that's exactly what my w2s are saying
This is happening again did anyone get it resolved or did they just receive them whatbwas the outcome?
I have put in only the federal amount. So if after 21 days of not receiving it call the number given will it be a live person or automated?
My tax refund kept saying still processing...but now no date and say can't give information...what seems to be the problem
@Cheryl Shakey Johnson Try clearing your cache and cookies and then checking your refund status. If this doesn't work, and it has been more than 21 days since you've filed your return, please reach out to the IRS for further assistance: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/refund-status/help/what-if-my-irs-refund-is-taking-longer-than-21-...
I got a DD date of Feb, 26 2020. I filed on Jan 27 2020. But when I check WMR it's not accepting my personal information. Idk why it's happening but I had DD date yesterday.
