If the form was wrong ask for a corrected one.
What exactly do you mean? Do you mean you filed a tax return with incorrect banking information to receive your refund? If so, you cannot change it after you filed. If the refund goes to a wrong or closed account, it will be returned to the IRS and then the IRS will mail a check to the address on your tax return.
Or.....do you mean something else? Please explain.
If you filed a tax return with incorrect bank information for direct deposit of your refund, then, as xmasbaby0 said, there is no way to correct it. But you might be able to stop the direct deposit. Then the IRS will mail a check for your refund to the address on the tax return. Call the IRS at 800-829-1040 and ask them if they can stop the direct deposit.
