.tax2924 cannot be found on my Mac

I'm starting my 2025 return. I've used TT on my Mac for years. When I search for .tax2024 it is not found. I can open my 2024 return using TT 2024 so presumably that file is there somewhere. I have confirmation that the return was successfully e-filed and they most definitely received the payment 😉 Any suggestions as to what I'm not doing right?

You can try starting a return in the 2024 TurboTax and then save it and see where it is being saved to. You may find your 2024 original return in the same folder.
