I have used TurboTax for years but I paid the money upfront and got my refund quickly. This year I went through the third party and will never do that again. I called TurboTax and their rep didn’t help. I had to keep researching and got the info for the third party website through the irs website. My refund was sent on 5 Feb.  On 7 Feb it was received by third party and supposedly they sent my portion to my bank on 7 Feb and it will take 1-2 business days to be received by bank. I checked this morning and nothing. Hopefully tomorrow.
