Tax Refund is wrong amount

I just got a deposit for an amount that’s about half of what the IRS said I would get. This is after they made adjustments to my taxes. It is short a few thousand dollars. 
Who do I call at TurboTax for answers. The IRS sent me a letter over changes made to my original refund amount and said my corrected return should be X amount and I have received half of that. No taxes owed in other areas. The correction was a deduction to correct an outstanding debt. 

so where is my other half of my Refund???

I'm in the same boat! I got a letter from the IRS saying they adjusted my refund amount,and gave me the new amount. Then this morning TurboTax deposited an amount that is $2000 less than what the IRS told me. That can't all be fees. Something else is going on. I'm irate!!

TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state.

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

I looked at the STPG site and it said the fees were $121. My refund is about $2000 less than the IRS letter stated. It doesn't add up.

I got my taxes deposited today and it is 2000 dollars shorter than it is suppose to be I have not received  a letter in the mail or anything. We don't have any children or tax credits so I don't understand why it is short. Who would we call?

@lmiller925 It takes 2-4 weeks to get the letter from the IRS in the mail. They do not inform TT.  But see this as one possibility:
