I just got off the phone with turbotax and they directed me to TBP the agency that processes your refund for turbotax and or additional resources etc. and they sent me directly to a voicemail service stating they will be sending any deposits back to the IRS.

So I'm confused are u saying that TurboTax is sending any refund deposit back to the IRS not putting it in are accounts I'm so confused.. I have a turbo card throw them and I still have not received my federal return or my stimulus check only my state return And that was like a month ago ..
As far as your return goes refer to your return date and ensure your card has been properly activated. If each of these after checking has no errors refer to your data entry assuming you didn't have a third party entering your keys. If you find. No errors within both of these solutions refer to turbotax, which they most definitely point you to the empty offices of the irs. Go to the irs website and enter your information to review your exact refund return date. As far as your stimulus deposit goes I had turbo tax file my taxes and used the card solution, afterward, I recieved an email stating my deposit should appear within the next 24 hours via email. There was a tpb disclaimer at the bottom of the message. I called them (they are the third party who are doing our services and return processing) and was immediately sent to a voicemail stating the irs will be sending our returns back as an error. I try to enter my return information on stimulus and it says information unavailable at this time.
