They are sent out automatically ... nothing you need to do UNLESS you did not have a direct deposit on the original refund ... and you need to either update your address and/or register a DD account ...

When the IRS has a working portal you will be able to do this if needed : https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/economic-impact-payments-what-you-need-to-know
