The IRS accepted my tax documents on January 27th and I still have not seen or heard anything from them. And when I go to the IRS.gov website, all it tells me is it's still being processed. And there is nobody that answers the phone when I call due to the Corona virus. What can I do to see what's going on with my refund? I can't get in touch with anyone

Turbo Tax will not have a status on your refund. If the IRS website says processing, this means they are working on it.

OK better yet, why don't the IRS have any direct deposit (banking) information for me when it's clearly on my copies.
