still no refund

I am so sorry.  TurboTax doesn't control the speed or delay of your refund.  Only the IRS controls when your tax refund may be issued.

In the past, I would've told you to contact your Taxpayer Advocate for assistance.  I'm just not sure those offices are active anymore.  So many things have changed.  In theory, your local Taxpayer Advocate should assist you if your delayed refund is causing significant financial hardship.  I'll share information here on how to contact the TAS.  There are also links you can select that may help answer some of your questions.
