Filed last week and my state return still isn’t accepted but my federal is. Does anyone know why this is?

My state is not accepted either. I filed on the 9th. I thought this was very strange. I think last year my state was accepted before my federal.
Some states start processing e-filed returns at the same time as the IRS, while others don't start processing until sometime later. The IRS just started processing tax returns today.

my state was accepted then rejected due to incorrect name. but when i fixed it the federal was accepted but now my state is not accepted. that usually goes first. is there something wrong. it still shows pending days after my federal was accepted.
The Federal has to be Accepted before the State can be Accepted. "It's not unusual for state returns to remain in pending status several days after a federal return has been accepted. This is especially common when e-filing first opens in January or early February." My federal was accepted on 1/13 but state is not accepted yet. I know last year my state was accepted before now. Something is up with our state taxes this year. Imagine that....
