Hello,
I have placed a stop payment to intuit with my bank . I received an email from your company warning me of an upcoming withdrawal from my bank account . These fees you mentioned that are due we’re already deducted from my tax return. I did not authorize any payments to come out of my bank account.
I have made multiple attempts to call your “customer service line “ to no avail. The Number you provided instructs me that the only support I will receive is on your website . This is beyond annoying and not helpful at all .
I have also responded to the email multiple times with no response on your end ..

Sorry you had to agree to it. If the IRS doesn't send your refund in a certain amount of time or reduces your refund, Turbo Tax still needs to get paid.
Were the fees supposed to come out of your refund?
Sounds like the IRS is taking too long to send your refund or reduced it. See What if the IRS reduces your refund or delays it.
Then when the IRS does send your refund they won't take the fees out again.
And, Why you got charged,
You should have received about 4 emails asking for the fees. If you don't pay they will debit your account. You had to agree to it.
Or have you already received your federal refund minus the fees?
