Since 2020 taxes are delayed processing (I claimed 2nd stimulus i never received) so will i still receive the 3rd stimulus check when they send me my taxes??

I filed taxes almost 2 months ago to claim the missing 2nd stimulus checks my family never received and it just shows its still processing. Im worried they wont send me the 3rd stimulus either since its taking so long to finish processing my taxes since claiming recovery rebate. Anyone have ideas?

The IRS is sending out Stimulus #3 payments in batches, and will take a few weeks to complete them all.  This one comes to you separately (and automatically), not as part of your 2020 tax refund.  You can check the status here:

The IRS based amount of the third stimulus payment on your 2019 tax return, the 2020 delay shouldn't affect your third stimulus. 

You can check the status of your third payment by using the Get My Payment tool.

I didnt file taxes 2019 i and my kids were claimed by another. We got the 1st checks no problem but the person that claimed us was the only one that got the 2nd one and 3rd one is on the way. So i filed 2020 taxes to claim recovery rebate for myself and my kids for the 2nd stimulus checks. So that why i was asking about the 3rd checks since there was so much trouble with the 2nd ones for us.
