Filing an amended return for 2019, since I goofed up and did not get some clarification from my dad first. I marked myself as a dependent, though I have not been one for well over a year now and I forgot to include a 1099 -INT and qualified retirement information as well. I have amended my return now and have printed it out. Trying to figure out all of what was printed I need to send.
I know I will not send the Turbotax Cover Sheet, nor the thank you letter from Turbotax, nor the Amended Return Checklist. Now on the Amended Return Checklist it states "If you added or changed a tax form (like a W-2), attach a copy to each return). If a copy of your federal return is printed under your state return, attach the federal copy to your state copy." First I am in Texas, so no state returns are filed.
In my print outs I have the following items, not sure if I need to send them all or what.
I assume that I need to sign both the 1040-X and the 1040 and send all 5 items to the IRS. Is that correct or not?
Thank you in advance.

Yes, send in the forms that you have listed. Also, sign and date any form that you have made changes to.

Yes, that is correct. You would sign the 1040X and the new 1040. Any form that does not have a place for your signature, you did not need to worry about signing.
Anyone have an idea on this.

The only forms that have signature spots on them are the 1040-X and the new 1040 itself.
The 1040 is the only I made a change too, the other forms, Schedule 3 and Form 8880 were only added since I did not have them on the initial return. So I should only have to sign the 1040-X and 1040 itself cortrect?
