Re: SBTPG-NO REFUND

Per the IRS website my refund was deposited to SBTPG on Feb 24, 2022. I contacted the IRS and they indicated that it indeed went to SBTPG on this date. However, Credit Karma has not seen anything, or nothing is pending. Tried calling SBTPG and cannot reach a soul. This is horrible.

In this public forum, we do not have access to any information regarding refund processing. It would be necessary to try contacting TPG again for additional information. You can also check out this TPG Help Article to check on your refund.
