Return sent to Error Resolution

I filled on 2/11. My return was accepted by the IRS on 2/11. Last week I lost my status bar and now all I see is still processing. When I called the IRS to inquire, I was told my return is now with error resolution. The only information I was given was that it was sent to them because of a code 245. What does this mean? I did not file any retirement or dividends. I use the EITC and additional child benefit. Any help is appreciated

Code 245 is an error code, not a section of the Internal Revenue Service Code (law).  I don't know what it means, but this article suggests that others are getting erroneous error codes:
