I got my refund back fromTPG And it is $3307 short of what I was supposed to get back. Why is the refund short?

It tells me my information is incorrect to please check your information and try again. All of my information is correct. I have tried calling the 1800 number for turbo tax and they sent me to a number for the irs and they told me it’s over 21 days old they can’t handle it. Why was my refund shorted over $3000?

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. 

Only the IRS can tell you if they sent less refund then was on the federal tax return that was sent.
