@Ludgieb @gary kellogg   Unfortunately, the IRS is not processing mailed in returns due to the Covid-19 & the IRS is closed.  The IRS also closed their phone lines.  They will start processing mailed in returns again once they re-open.  All you can do now is keep checking the IRS website, Where's My Refund, the website updates once a day.

I filed on Feb. 28, 2020... it's July 15th, 2020 and I still don't have my refund!!!!! This is crazy and has never happened, this is my FIRST and LAST time using TurboTax
