How do i contact the irs? It wont let me speak to any live person right now due to covid 19 but i think the amount of my refund was changed. I cant use where's my refund. It says my information is incorrect when ive been using the same information for 3 months now.

During times of heavy traffic the IRS Where's My Refund? website may say your information is not correct. You will need to keep checking back on WMR until the IRS starts taking calls again.
Im on a 60 day review. What do i do if i havent received my refund by the end of the 60 days and no one is taking calls? Im supposed to call them if i havent received it.
